Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the training on work performance, work discipline on work performance and training and work discipline on employee work performance The type of research used was descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis The findings from the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that training and work discipline have a positive influence / large category on employee work performance. The originality of this research is the difference found in the object of research, the period of research, the measurement tools and the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the NPL research and Profitability. This research was carried out in a period of five years, for banks, in the design of the research framework used is historical data, against samples without random using historical data, then the design of this study uses a combined design. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with hypothesis testing methods and data analysis techniques using panel data regression. The Findings of Problem Credit refers to Profitability. This difference is determined in the independent variables, objects and research methods, participation and research samples, research period, measurement tools and research results, as well as sources of theory and foreign journals and foreign books and research results

Abstract

The methodology of this research was carried out in a period of five years, for ten banks, in the framework of the research design used was historical data, for non-random samples using historical data, the design of this study used pooled design. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with hypothesis testing methods and data analysis techniques using panel data regression. The findings of this study are Credit Problems affecting Profitability. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see how much influence the social work environment and career development had on employee job satisfaction. Type of Research Methodology used is descriptive verification. The method used is explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique and the number of samples is 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software tools. The findings based on the results of the study can be seen that simultaneously or partially the social work environment and career development can improve employee job satisfaction. The difference in this study lies in the research object, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books
